Hamid Zare presented his scientific poster, “How to assess CSSD Staffs competency,” at the 17th WFHSS World Sterilization Congress in Brisbane, Australia.
The presentation introduced a framework for assessing CSSD personnel through knowledge, skills, abilities, technology, tasks, work context, education, and work values.
