The 20th WFHSS World Sterilization Congress took place from 30 October to 2 November 2019 at the World Forum in The Hague, the Netherlands. The event welcomed more than 1,800 participants from 75 countries and was one of the leading international gatherings in sterilization and medical device reprocessing.
I attended the congress as Chief Executive Officer of Sterdoc B.V. Sterdoc participated in the professional exhibition at stand number 44. Our objective was to introduce Sterdoc’s products, technical capabilities, and solutions for sterilization monitoring, packaging, and quality control.
The Sterdoc stand presented chemical sterilization indicators, process monitoring products, packaging equipment, and other specialist solutions. Product demonstrations and direct discussions with professionals provided valuable technical feedback and a better understanding of different market requirements.
The congress created opportunities to meet sterile services managers, infection prevention specialists, manufacturers, distributors, and representatives of international companies. Participation in WFHSS 2019 strengthened Sterdoc’s international visibility, professional network, and opportunities for commercial cooperation. The discussions initiated during the congress supported the company’s relationships with customers and potential partners in different countries.
This participation represented an important step in the development of Sterdoc as a Netherlands-based company serving the international sterilization market.
